Flow.

I am an eyewitness to a human being standing (yes, you read that correctly) on her couch amid playfully gazing out the window; in conjunction, she is in a pair of jockey shorts coupled with a jar of ice cream in hand; yippee-ki-yay.

I pause to savor the experience; I observe a smile flit across her face, and she began to laugh softly to herself; I observe a clear mirror that reflects an individuals inner capacity for rooted stillness.

I get to a state of mind where time disappears. I indolently pay attention to my immediate  surroundings, and the present moment; I let go, naturally.

I am

in

a

state

of

flow.

There is infinite wonder, entrancing magic and extraordinary beauty all around – if only I wittingly choose to cease and pay heedful attention.

I am an eyewitness to my own experience. I am an eyewitness to modern miracles in my personal life.

I am the individual gazing out the window with a jar of ice cream (yes, it is raw and vegan) in hand. I am suspended and soaking in the profound presence of stillness.

I am mindful as I stand and marvel at what is right in front of my very eyes.

Liberty

is

all

the

stimulus

I

wish

for.
